Equipment Introduction

Mechanical and electrical characteristics
The control and driving core consists of servo motors, programmable controllers, and large color touch LCD displays, greatly improving the control accuracy, speed range, reliability, and intelligence of the entire machine; The locking of parameters such as bag forming and cutting length, sealing temperature, etc. is more precise.
The servo motor drive realizes the feeding, film feeding, longitudinal sealing, transverse sealing, and output of the packaging machine, simplifying the traditional mechanical system and eliminating the mechanical mechanisms such as the infinite gearbox, differential gearbox, and tracking motor used in traditional packaging machines, making the operation of the packaging machine more stable and reliable, significantly reducing mechanical noise and machine failure rate.
